With Christmas fast approaching it seems strange that the diecast selection in the many Poundland stores I’ve visited recently is decidedly poor and not particularly inspiring. Limited stocks of old Matchbox which date from 2016 YET AGAIN, crappy generic Hot Wheels including wooden items and erasers, a few unrecognisable "pancake" castings with just a few 2018 Maisto to break up the monotony.
Most of the selection like this Ford Mustang Boss 302 can hardly be described as "new", its the same casting and same colour as previously seen in places like ASDA but for a Quid its decent enough. Licensed, accurate and well painted its almost a match for a HW equivalent. Mint and boxed.
