Visually, Shelby American has enhanced the Mustang GT with a vented hood that cools down the engine more efficiently, 20-inch staggered wheels, a unique upper grille, new side rockers and rocker wings, and a rear spoiler. As a nod to Shelby’s racing heritage, it also features Le Mans-style racing stripes.
A widebody kit gives the Mustang GT a more muscular appearance. Other visual enhancements include special badging, driver and passenger side stripes, leather seat covers, and embroidered floor mats. To sharpen up the handling, Shelby installs Ford Performance springs and sway bars.
