Ford Bronco Lightning Ready To Fight Electric Jeep Wrangler

Before the electric Bronco arrives, a hybrid version is expected, so don’t keep your eyes open for an electric Bronco for some time yet. Assuming that this new offering borrows from the Mustang Mach-E, there could be variants that start at a base output of 266 horsepower and 317 lb-ft of torque all the way up to 480 hp and 634 lb-ft. However, it’s worth remembering that the Mach-E is still a kind of Mustang, so the Bronco would likely have less power and torque than the top GT trim of the Mach-E. With that in mind, expect around 300 hp and 400 lb-ft of torque. Whatever its specs turn out to be, you can bet it will be one of the best electric off-roaders on the planet.
