It’s amazing what can be found when browsing through an automaker’s ordering system. A member of the Bronco6G forum was doing just that with the Blue Oval’s online network when they come across something most interesting: a new 2022 model year body code, dubbed E5J. It didn’t exist for 2021. Following some further examination, the system indicates a Ford Bronco Raptor will indeed launch sometime in 2022 and it’ll be offered in two different flavors.
The first is the base Raptor, internally referred to as 373A, and a more premium version called 374A. As expected, the Raptor will be four-door only. Specific packaging details, namely the engine and other off-road accessories, are not yet available.
