DMC Announces The New “Sovrana” Visual And Performance Package For The Maserati MC20

DMC gives the Maserati MC20 an extra dose of performance.

DMC is a German aftermarket specialist known for its ability to take the world’s best performance cars, and add even sportier looks and more ferocious performance. These improved, bespoke machines are even more beautiful, desirable, and fast than their original counterparts, and DMC’s new “Sovrana” package for the Maserati MC20 is no exception. DMC’s first experience was with the GranTurismo in 2011, when the brand created its “Sorvrano” GranTurismo. It returns to the brand with its take on the Trident’s flagship supercar and successor to the legendary MC12 supercar, the Maserati MC20.

Starting with the obvious, DMC gave the Sovrana MC20 new bodywork, with exposed carbon fiber throughout, as well as a new carbon fiber spoiler, and a new suspension that lowers the center of gravity by over an inch. DMC is the first manufacturer in the world to market forged wheels made exclusively for the MC20, which are 20 inches in the front and 21 inches in the back, and are manufactured by Canadian company PUR Wheels. What’s more is that DMC managed to squeeze even more power out of Maserati’s Nettuno V6 engine, bringing the numbers up to 715 horsepower with the upgrade, as well as 476 lb/ft of torque. The interior features in-house upholstery in soft leather, as well as other beautiful bespoke touches. If like DMC, you see even more potential in the incredible Maserati MC20, the Sovrana upgrade package might be for you.
