The 2010 GMC Envoy

The 2010 Envoy will be a sport utility vehicle that is designed based on the four door SUV body style and the vehicle will be offered with the choice of four wheel drive or rear wheel drive.

The 2010 Envoy will be categorized as a mid-sized SUV and the model will be assembled in two different locations: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma and Moraine, Ohio. The next generation variant will be designed based on the four door SUV body style and will use the GMT 360 platform.

Engine

The engine to the next generation vehicle is not yet yet and it is expected to be included with 4.2 liter LL8 I-6 engine and it will also offer 5.3 liter LM4 V-8 engine as an optional. The engine in the vehicle will be mated to a four-speed automatic transmission.

Physical Dimensions

The new Envoy model will be offered in two different trim levels – the GMC Envoy base sport utility and Envoy Denali sport utility. The Envoy SUV model will be powered by 4.2 liter I-6 engine that produces power up to 213 kilo watts at an angular speed of 6000 rpm and torque of 373 Nm at 4600 rpm.

The next generation 2010 Envoy will have the wheel base of 112 inches. The height and the width of the new model will be 72 inches and 75 inches respectively. The 2010 model will be similar to the models like Saab 9-7x, Buick Rainer, Oldsmobile bravado, Chevrolet SSR, Isuzu Ascender and Chevrolet Trailblazer.
