Maserati has unveiled the new Levante Trofeo Fuoriserie Edition for Massimo Bottura, a one-of-a-kind luxury SUV that’s a stunning display of personality. Massimo Bottura is an Italian chef patron of Osteria Francescana, a three-Michelin-star restaurant. The design of this Maserati was inspired by Bottura’s past growing up in the Motor Valley. It was here that he would race through the Emilian countryside, throwing splashes of mud on the cars leaving “racing scars” as he called them. For this SUV, however, the mud has been replaced with splashes of vivid colors that are as vibrant and delightful as the dishes Bottura creates. Making the design possible is Maserati Fuoriserie, the automaker’s customization program.
