As an apology for the delay, Ford is offering customers who ordered the Maverick Hybrid a free Ford Integrated Tether System (FITS) accessory kit after they receive delivery. Ford’s FITS slots can be used to mount accessories inside the cabin. Each Maverick comes equipped with eight slots, with one located at the rear of the center console and seven in the under-seat storage bins.
If you’re feeling adventurous, you can even design and print your own 3D-printed accessories. To get you started, Ford’s FITS accessory kit includes a storage bin, cupholder, phone cord organizer, bag hooks, and dividers for the under-seat storage area.
