For the two-door model, the Base, Black Diamond, and Outer Banks will increase by $1,780 and the Badlands and Wildtrak by $2,280. The Big Bend will see a slightly smaller increase of $1,770. The four-door range suffers from a slightly smaller increase of $1,530 for the Base, Big Bend, Black Diamond, and Outer Banks. The Badlands and Wildtrak will increase by $2,030.
The bulletin adds that customers who placed a reservation on 2021 models before March 24, 2021, that are still outstanding, will now receive a 2022 model year with the advantage of price protection. Price protection certificates have already been issued to eligible customers but these do not consider increases made to mid-2022 model year cars.
