The most exciting feature is the new Performance View mode. Ford says it’s ideal for high-speed sprints across the desert, with important information such as engine speed and gear state prominently displayed for the driver to see. It can be used with any drive function but is best paired with the Raptor’s Baja mode.
Ford’s SYNC 4 in-vehicle tech will be present on the Bronco Raptor and will quickly learn the driver’s preferences, constantly improving by automatically mapping to their favorite trail, for example. Over time, the Bronco can constantly improve the user experience. Customers can also save their preferred exhaust, steering, and suspension settings through the MyMode feature.
Software updates don’t only have the potential to upgrade entertainment and supplementary features, but also bring about exciting off-road features. This, says Ford, will include the evolution of the FordPass mobile app to include unique off-road adventures.
