Porsche’s no-holds-barred race car is music to a car enthusiast’s ears.
Rennsport Reunion 7, which took place this past September and October, was one of the most anticipated events on the automotive calendar in 2023, as it is one of the biggest Porsche fan gathering events, and the first iteration of it in 5 years since Rennsport Reunion VI in 2018. The results of those years of anticipation were amazing, with record attendance of over 90,000 fans in attendance.
There, many of Porsche’s newest and most admired models were shown off and celebrated at the iconic WeatherTech Raceway Laguna Seca in California. However, one very special model was revealed, the new 911 GT3 R rennsport. Its 620-horsepower engine can be heard through a new and completely unique exhaust system, created to showcase the boxer engine in a way that no other 911 has been heard before.
