Ford Mustang Gets Raucous Exhaust Options From AWE

For the regular Mustang GT, a Touring Edition and a Track Edition are offered with gains of up to 12 hp and 10 lb-ft, with dual tips measuring 4.5 inches each finishing off the system. As before, chrome silver and diamond black finishes are available, which is again the case for the quad-exit SwitchPath and Track Edition exhausts, although these tips measure 4 inches in diameter. These offer the same performance increases.

All of the exhausts promise bolt-on fitment and no check engine lights. The full price list shows that you’ll spend from $1,695 to $3,095 for the Dark Horse systems and from $1,245 to $1,795 for the GT.

If this tickles your fancy, you’ll be glad to know that AWE is also hard at work on a carbon fiber intake for the S650’s Coyote V8. We can’t wait to hear it.
