The video has two drag races: one from a rolling start and one from a standstill. It’s hard to determine the winner of the race based on numbers alone. There are other extenuating factors, too, such as traction (ergo tires), but ultimately, there’s one winner at the end of the race.
While we lament the death of the sixth-generation Camaro, we’d be remiss not to mention that Chevrolet’s not exactly saying goodbye yet. The automaker said, “This is not the end of Camaro’s story” when it announced its retirement last year. We won’t be surprised if the nameplate returns in the near future (most likely as an EV), just as it did in 2010 after eight years of absence.
