This is the first-ever model to be created. A set of 20-inch SFJ wheels are wrapped in chunky 37-inch Patagonia tires and, together with a four-inch lift, lend the Dark Horse plenty of presence. Steel side steps and a front bumper coated in Kevlar do their bit, too. Naturally, it will prove unstoppable off-road, but it’s not all ruggedness and scary-sounding names. Inside, the Bronco gains marine-grade dark brown leather trim on the seats and door cards.
Set to be auctioned at the upcoming Barrett-Jackson auction in Florida, the imposing six-wheeler will roll onto the auction block with no reserve, on Saturday, April 9. If you can’t make it but simply must own a Bronco 6×6, don’t worry – this is the first of many planned, with Apocalypse noting it even has plans to create a V8-powered derivative with Kevlar coated bodywork.
