Mustang-Based Steeda Q850 Streetfighter Is An 825 HP Brute

Steeda’s suspension upgrade goes deep and includes new sway bars and mounts, a subframe bushing and alignment kit for the subframes, a bump steer kit, camber alignment plates, and specially tuned alignment. Wrapping the Velgen VF5 Gloss Black Flowformed Wheels are a set of staggered Nitto NT555 G2 Ultra High-Performance Tires.

Under the hood, Steeda has gone to town on the 5.0-liter Ford V8 engine, starting with a substantial 3.0-liter Whipple supercharger. That’s aided by a high-flow cold-air intake system, a billet oil separator, and a Steeda/Ford Severe Duty IRS Half-Shaft Upgrade. For manual versions of the Q850 Streetfighter, the stock clutch is bolstered by a Steeda Clutch Spring Assist and spring Perch Kit Upgrade.

The Q850 Streetfighter costs $34,995 plus the price of the Ford Mustang used as the base. Customers can then add options to suit the car for how it’s used, ranging from brake upgrades to a roll cage with a rear-seat delete.
